Refunds & Returns

Before Delivery:

Orders can be cancelled at any point up to 48 hours before delivery. Please contact our store directly if you wish to cancel an order. This does not apply to made to order items (please see below).

Made to Order Items:

Items from the brands listed below are made to order items. This means that these items are only put into production once we receive your order, therefore these items cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours of placing your order. Items from these brands cannot be returned or refunded once you have received your order. 

This applies to the following brands:

  • Art Source
  • Comfizone
  • Durabeds
  • King Koil
  • Lebus
  • Mayfair
  • Rauch
  • Red Rose
  • Slumbernight
  • Sweet Dreams

Please see below for the policy which applies to all our other brands which are not listed above!

Faulty Items/ Received the Wrong Item:

Goods can be returned if the wrong item has been received or if the item is faulty/ damaged. 

All damages must be reported to us via email strictly within 24 hours of delivery. Please send photographic evidence of all damages.

All goods being returned must be as they were when delivered. The item must not have been used. If the item shows signs of use, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your product please contact Ashgrove Furnishings straight away. If your items are found faulty or not as described on delivery, please inform the Courier/Ashgrove Furnishings delivery driver. Alternatively, give us a call and we will arrange pick up of the faulty item and organise a replacement/ refund.

Fulfilled Orders: 

If you find your product is unsuitable for your home, we will discuss the potential to refund your order at our discretion. In these cases, we will need to charge a minimum of £50 for the collection of your items. 

Please Note: Any assembly charges will not be refunded.

Mattresses:

Please Note: mattresses cannot be returned once opened.

Refund Process:

Refunds for returned items will be credited to the card used for the original payment. Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse and they have been inspected, a refund usually happens within 24hrs, but can take up to 3 days to be issued.

Once issued, each bank will have different refund processing times, please contact your bank if you need more details.
