Delivery of Items

If an item is listed as “in stock” this refers to the stock status with our supplier and is not necessarily in our warehouse/ store. For example, an item sold quoting an estimated delivery time of “approximately 4-6 weeks” means that the item has not yet arrived in our warehouse and refers to the time it will take to reach us. As soon as your items arrive at our warehouse, we endeavour to dispatch them as soon as possible and will contact you to arrange a date and time that suits.

Delivery times quoted apply to Northern Ireland only and do not include the Republic of Ireland. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is subject to higher rates and longer delivery times:

ABC Council (Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon) : As stated on Product Page
Northern Ireland Orders: + 2 Weeks
Dublin, Louth, Monaghan Orders: + 2-3 Weeks
Rest of Ireland Orders: + 4-6 Weeks

Rugs, cushions/pillows, selected 3ft mattresses and selected dining chairs are the only items that we can deliver to Mainland UK. If you have any enquiries regarding other items, please contact us on 028 3833 8824.

Our delivery drivers endeavour to remove all packaging from the item and dispose of any rubbish if assembly is chosen for checkout, otherwise products are dropped off downstairs in the room of choice. Please note that our company and our drivers are not liable for any damage caused to you or your property when conducting deliveries. All items handled by you are at your own risk. All items are priced as flatpack on our website; however, we offer assembly at an additional cost which is listed on each product page.

We have provided clear measurements for all our items; therefore, please ensure that you are able to fit the item through doors and into your home.

Due to the nature of the goods (weight and size) and the unpredictable nature of home deliveries we advise that you grant us a couple of hours around your estimated delivery time. Due to the volume of items we sell, our couriers have a very busy schedule and deliveries may be conducted as early as 8am up till 6pm.

Most of our deliveries will be conducted by our Ashgrove Furnishings delivery team. However, in certain cases we may need to use an external courier service. In these cases, the courier will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Please note: Framed pictures and mirrors cannot be shipped out due to their fragility. These items must be collected from our store in Portadown. Please select option 'Pickup in store' at checkout.

*Selected Items (£9.99 shipping): Rugs, cushions/pillows, selected 3ft mattresses, selected accent chairs and selected dining chairs will be sent via courier and therefore incur a small delivery charge.

 

Assembly Service

We offer an assembly service across the whole of Northern Ireland, Dublin, Louth, Meath, Monaghan and Cavan in most cases.

For locations outside these areas, please contact us in advance. In certain instances, deliveries may need to be completed via courier, and assembly services may not be available.
